General Policy
Due to the significant computational costs associated with generating AI-powered titles and thumbnails ("Reforged Content"), ThumbnailForge generally does not offer refunds for subscription fees once a billing period has commenced.
By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that fees are non-refundable except under the specific conditions outlined in our "Forger's Goldback Guarantee" (detailed below).
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
The Forger's Goldback Guarantee (Beta Program)
We offer a conditional money-back guarantee specifically for participants in the ThumbnailForge Beta Program who meet certain criteria. This guarantee is designed to ensure you see a return on your investment when actively using the service as intended.
Eligibility for the Guarantee:
To be eligible for the Forger's Goldback Guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be an active subscriber participating in the Beta Program.
- Your YouTube channel must meet the beta eligibility criteria at the time of application (e.g., 10,000+ subscribers, 100+ existing videos, not primarily based on a single recognizable face/identity, as specified during application).
- You must have used the ThumbnailForge service to generate Reforged Content for at least one hundred (100) of your existing YouTube videos.
- You must have applied the generated Reforged Content (new title and/or thumbnail) to those 100+ videos on your YouTube channel.
- You must allow at least sixty (60) days to pass after applying the changes to the 100th video for results to materialize.
Guarantee Terms:
If, after meeting all the eligibility criteria above, you have not earned back the total subscription fees paid during the guarantee period (calculated from the start of your subscription up to 60 days after applying changes to the 100th video) through increased YouTube AdSense revenue attributable to the reforged videos, you may request a full refund of those subscription fees.
How to Request a Refund under the Guarantee:
- Contact us at USE CONTACT FORM within 90 days of applying the changes to the 100th video.
- Provide evidence that you meet the eligibility criteria, which may include:
- Proof of active beta subscription.
- Access to your YouTube Analytics (or relevant reports) showing the videos that were reforged and their performance (views, revenue) before and after applying the changes.
- Confirmation that 100+ videos were reforged and updated.
- We will review your request and provided evidence in good faith. If eligibility is confirmed, we will process a full refund of the subscription fees paid during the guarantee period via our payment processor (Stripe).
This guarantee is offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued for future subscription periods or after the Beta Program concludes.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, such as significant service downtime or critical errors preventing core functionality, solely at our discretion. Billing errors will be corrected upon notification.
